Very interesting! I've always made sformati with a thick bechamel, but this looks really good, and easy as well. Will definitely give it try!

The restaurant was filled with people enjoying a family meal. One of the members of the family is an olive oil and wine expert who has been tasting and judging these kinds of products for years.

The family used their father's olive oil and wine to make their meal, which is why they were so particular about what they ate and drank. This example shows how important it is for families to have a good relationship with each other, especially when it comes to food.
